Withenshaw by Anne-Marie: A delicious tribute to my grandmother’s baking legacy. Join me Anne-Marie Withenshaw, a devoted food host and mother, in celebrating love and family with every delicious bite.
Once upon a time, amidst the chaos of the Second World War, love found its way into the heart of Birmingham, England. It was there that the enchanting tale of Sylvia Bloom and David Withenshaw began, a love story as sweet as the baked goods that would one day bear their names.
Four decades later, their granddaughter Anne-Marie was growing up in their Montreal kitchen, learning to bake everything that reminded Sylvia of home.
Withenshaw by Anne-Marie offers a collection of baked goods that evoke nostalgia and warmth. From fluffy scones to perfectly crusted crumpets and delicious cakes that taste as good at teatime as for dessert, each creation tells a story of love, tradition, and togetherness.
We hope our treats bring you closer together, sparking conversations and laughter, much like they did for our cheeky grandmother, Sylvia and let Withenshaw by Anne-Marie become a cherished part of your own family story.
